Northern Ponds

RaptorFan9000 (talk · contribs), and an IP prior to them who I believe is probably also them, first refused to allow the removal of this section on the basis that it was unsourced, and have now refused the section to even be tagged for needing more sourcing. Unless other editors wish to speak in defense of their edits here, I will be reporting them for edit-warring if this continues. WP:BURDEN is very clear, as is WP:EW. @Doniago: In some controversial articles, reliable independent sources are required to support every section, and reliable independent sources are required to demonstrate that an article is notable, but need not exist for every fact in an article. A Google search for "northern ponds" "bronx zoo" shows that the Northern Ponds do exist and are part of Bronx Zoo. I think that's sufficient for inclusion in the article. If it's that easy to find, then surely it should be easy enough to add a citation? I don't really care whether the section has a citation right now, but to not even allow for a request for citations seems unwarranted. DonIago (talk) 03:13, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
